POLICY AND ACCOMMODATION HOUSE RULES

We want to ensure that your stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests. To maintain a harmonious environment, please adhere to the following house rules:

Reservation Terms:

To confirm your reservation, a nonrefundable payment equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the room nights booked is required. This payment is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total amount owed for your stay. Please note that this 50% payment is nonrefundable and will not be returned in the event of cancellation. The remaining 50% of the total cost will be due upon check-in. Additional charges for incidentals or damages may apply and will be settled upon check-out. Please ensure you have a valid payment method available for the required payments.Any changes to the length of your stay or room type may result in adjustments to your total payment. Please inform us of any modifications to your reservation as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is at 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

No Outside Food and Alcohol:

Outside food and alcohol are not allowed on the premises (including rooms, cottages & restaurant area) We offer a range of delicious food and beverage options within the accommodation, and we kindly request that you enjoy these during your stay. Consuming alcohol from external sources is not permitted due to licensing and regulatory requirements. Consumption of food inside the room is prohibited as it may attract pests and cleaning can be challenging given the makeshift nature of the materials. Non-compliance can attract a penalty of upto INR 5000. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the rules for the sake of maintaining compliance and order.

Parking:

Paid parking facilities (paid and free) are available, please adhere to the parking guidelines and do not block other guests' vehicles.If you foresee getting in and out of the property often, during your visit please reach out to the front desk who can point you to the paid parking facility.

Adhere to Local Government Rules:

Comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, occupancy limits, and other relevant guidelines. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a refund.

Strict No to Drugs and Other Substances:

The use of illegal drugs or any other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate eviction, and legal action may be taken as necessary.

Maintain Hygiene:

Please keep your living space clean and tidy. Housekeeping services are available to help maintain cleanliness. Dispose of your trash in designated bins and do not leave food or dishes in common areas.

Respect Other Guests:

Be considerate of your fellow guests. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically from 10 PM to 7 AM). Please use headphones when listening to music or watching videos in common areas.

Security and Safety:

Please secure your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Always lock your room when you leave.

Food & Alcohol Consumption:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in the cottage or room due to their wooden and other flammable materials used in the makeshifts materials, which presents a potential safety risk to fire.Non-compliance can attract a penalty of upto INR 10,000. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the rules for the sake of maintaining compliance and order

Guests' Visitors:

Visitors from outside are restricted from entering both the cottages/rooms and their immediate surroundings

Pet-Friendly Stay Guidelines:

We welcome guests with pets, and we want to ens ure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone. If you are travelling with a pet, please adhere to the following guidelines, so your furry companion have a wonderful stay at:

  • Leashing Your Pets: While in common areas, such as walkways,, restaurant areas, or outdoor spaces, it is advised to keep your pet on a leash at all times. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, including those who may have allergies or fear of animals
  • Hygiene: As a pet owner, it is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. Please use designated pet waste disposal stations located on the property. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in additional charges.
  • Vaccinations: Ensure that your pet is in good health and up to date on vaccinations. While we love hosting pets, we must prioritise the health and safety of all our guests.
  • Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room unless it is in a secure crate or kennel. Pets left unattended can become stressed and may disturb other guests.

Green Initiatives:

Help us conserve resources by turning off lights and electronics (Air conditioners/Geyzers etc) when not in use and using water responsibly..

Use of Common Areas:

Respect the use of common areas such as the walkway, common washrooms, restaurant etc. Follow posted rules and regulations in these areas, including time restrictions.

Complaints and Issues:

If you have any concerns or encounter any problems during your stay, please notify the front desk immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

Payments and Fees:

Ensure that all payments are settled promptly.We kindly ask room and cottage guests to make daily payments for their bills in order to adhere to accounting regulations. Please be aware that we do not provide any form of credit.
